TTS provide a range of Professional and training services to service providers, equipment vendors, interconnects, distributors reseller partners as well as certain end users and other parties.
The nature of the services that TTS & CS provide necessitates certain information being provided to accomplish the requested service. This information will differ dependent upon the nature of the service requested. This privacy policy is designed to ensure that anyone using the services will be informed as to how their information is processed and stored.
TTS provide documentation from time to time outlining new products, features changes, commercial terms, and marketing information. This is in addition to documentation in a variety of formats. Subscribers to this service will all have been asked to opt into receiving this information. They will also be informed of the process to opt out at a future date should their requirements change.
Visitors to the TTS website can view any content that is available in the public-facing part of the website without needing to provide personal or contact details. Site visitors completing the form in the ‘contact us’ tab on the website will have the option to opt in to receiving information for the company.
TTS provide technical documentation including but not limited to, technical specifications, technical sales guides, user guides, operating instructions, and training material. These are provided on a site-specific basis.
Information required to carry out professional services, training or installation services will vary from case to case. However, in all instances, any sensitive data will be stored securely within the organisation until such time as the requested service is provided and accepted by the customer. At that point, any information that is either sensitive or not required for the ongoing support of that implementation will be deleted.
TTS will not share your personal data and contact details with any third party. This is except in instances where a particular service or product has been requested that is not part of the product and service portfolio. If that provision of that service or product is offered by a known third party, in that instance TTS will share contact details with that service provider. TTS will ensure that any third-party provider has the appropriate procedures in place to protect your personal data.
In the normal course of commercial transactions, TTS will use personal and contact information to fulfil commercial transactions in a timely and efficient manner. Personal information used to complete these transactions will be used only in connection with these transactions unless further information is requested by the individual.
